When you submit a consultation request, you agree that Andrew may call, text, or email you using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply for calls or texts. You can ask us not to contact you again.

Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment, purchase agreement, production order, warranty, appraisal, or pricing commitment. Any custom jewelry project details, approvals, deposits, pricing, production timing, service limitations, resizing, warranty, or refund terms should be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

Website images, style pages, guides, and design directions are for general information and inspiration. They are not inventory, finished client galleries, price quotes, guarantees, or promises that a specific diamond, setting, timeline, or production path is available.

Natural diamonds and laboratory-grown diamonds are discussed as distinct options. Any final diamond selection should be reviewed with its actual details, origin, proportions, quality information, and setting fit.

If you upload or send an inspiration photo, sketch, or reference image, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us. You grant Luxury Custom Jeweler permission to use that material only for understanding your inquiry, discussing options, and helping with the custom design process.

Please do not upload unlawful, confidential, or sensitive material. We do not promise that an inspiration design can or should be copied exactly. The goal is to understand the direction and create something appropriate for the person wearing it.

We work to keep website content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, current, or complete. Timelines, options, design paths, and availability can change based on the diamond, setting, approvals, production method, and project complexity.

Some projects may be possible in as little as 14 days when the diamond, setting, approvals, and production path allow it. More involved custom or CAD work can take longer and should be planned early.

You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, scrape, or reuse website content for a competing business without written permission.
