Luxury Custom Jeweler by Andrew Gonzalez uses this website to help people request private custom jewelry consultations. We do not sell jewelry directly through this website and we do not collect payment card information here.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you submit a form, call, text, or interact with the site.

We may collect the following information:

• Contact details, including your name, phone number, and email address.
• Consultation details, including project type, preferred call window, budget range, timeline, diamond preference, diamond shape, message, and ring inspiration.
• Optional inspiration photos or files you upload with a consultation request.
• Communications you send by form, call, text, or email.
• Website usage information, including pages viewed, website interactions, referring URLs, browser and device information, and IP address.
• Advertising campaign identifiers, Meta click and browser identifiers. For eligible submitted inquiries, a first-party contact identifier may be derived from your email address.

Our public website uses Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and TikTok Pixel for website analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, and campaign optimization. These tools use browser scripts, cookies, and identifiers to understand how people find and use the website and which advertising leads to inquiries.

Advertising and analytics tracking starts by default. It is disabled when you opt out through Privacy & Tracking Choices or when we detect a supported Global Privacy Control signal. You do not need to accept a cookie banner to use the website. The same choice applies to our Meta browser tracking and server-side advertising event sharing.

When tracking is allowed, providers may receive pages viewed, general interaction events such as contact clicks and form submissions, browser information, IP address, referral and campaign information, and advertising identifiers. For accepted inquiries, Meta may also receive hashed email, phone, and name information when available, plus a first-party identifier. Hashing turns these details into codes that Meta can match to its records; it does not make the information anonymous. If you tap Text or Call on the website while tracking is allowed and then text or call us, we may tell Meta that the visit led to an inquiry, with your hashed phone number and the identifiers from that visit. We never share what your message says.

We do not include consultation messages, personal notes, free-text ring preferences, review text, inspiration images, private communications, or proposal contents in our advertising event payloads. Those details are used internally to handle your inquiry or the request you submitted.

Use the Privacy & Tracking Choices control above, also linked from the footer, to turn off advertising and analytics tracking. Your choice stops new eligible events from being sent through our Meta, Google Analytics, and TikTok integrations. It does not recall information already sent to those providers.

We remember an opt-out using first-party browser storage. It remains in effect when you navigate, refresh, return to the site, or submit an inquiry. It applies to this browser and does not automatically follow you to another browser or device. Clearing site cookies and storage may remove your saved choice.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control through a supported browser setting or request signal, we treat it as an opt-out. The control above shows when that signal is detected and cannot override it. You can also use your browser settings to manage cookies and use privacy controls offered by each advertising platform.

If you choose to allow tracking again, tracking resumes for new activity after the page reloads. We do not replay browsing activity suppressed while tracking was off. Other pages already open may keep tracking off until you reload them. The storage needed to remember your privacy choice and operate the website may still be used.

Submitting a consultation or contact form asks Luxury Custom Jeweler to receive and respond to your inquiry. We process the contact information and details you intentionally provide so Andrew can help you, send a confirmation where applicable, and maintain the inquiry in our business records. This continues when advertising tracking is off.

Submitting a form does not change your tracking preference or authorize advertising sharing that you have opted out of.

We use information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
• Help Andrew understand the ring style, diamond direction, timing, and next step you are considering.
• Send a confirmation email to you and an internal lead notification to Luxury Custom Jeweler.
• Protect the website from spam, abuse, and security issues.
• Measure website performance, advertising effectiveness, and conversion activity.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or business obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, host the site, manage analytics, run ads, prevent spam, or support business operations. For example, form submissions may be processed through Resend so the inquiry can be emailed to us and confirmed back to you.

When advertising tracking is allowed, we share the identifiers and website or conversion information described above with Meta, Google Analytics, and TikTok for their measurement and advertising services. Private inquiry contents are kept separate from this advertising sharing. We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or the website.

Inspiration photos are used to understand style direction and consultation context. The images on this website are for inspiration only. Custom client pieces are handled privately and are not publicized without permission.

Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information in an inspiration image. Uploaded files may contain metadata depending on your device or file settings.

We keep consultation information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage business records, improve service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can ask us to update or delete your consultation information by contacting us at andrew@luxurycustomjeweler.com. You can also call or text Andrew at (619) 279-7738. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
